This Privacy Policy explains how Eluria ("Eluria", "the app") collects, uses and protects personal data. Eluria is a sleep-coaching application; it is not a medical device or a healthcare service.
Data controller
Eluria acts as the data controller for the processing described here. Contact: support@eluria.app.
Data Eluria collects
Sleep profile. The user's answers to short in-app questions (time to fall asleep, night waking, goal and similar) and the "archetype" Eluria computes from them.
Morning check-ins. Values the user enters, such as time to fall asleep, mind quietness and number of awakenings.
User notes (Mind Dump). Notes written by the user belong solely to the user. Eluria stores them in the user's account over an encrypted connection, shares them with no third party, and never transmits them to analytics.
Account identifier. Eluria creates an anonymous user identifier by default and does not request an email address or password. This identifier allows the user to carry data across devices.
Settings and preferences. Technical settings such as language, notification preferences and device language.
Subscription status. Trial and subscription state used to unlock paid features. Eluria does not receive or store payment details; the app store processes all payments.
Notification token. If the user enables notifications, a token used to deliver them to the user's device.
Usage events. Pseudonymous, aggregated product events (such as which screens are opened) used to improve the app. Note content is never included in these events.
Waiting-list email. If the user submits an email address on the eluria.app waiting list, Eluria stores it solely to send a single launch notification.
Eluria does not collect microphone, location, contacts or health-record (HealthKit / Health Connect) data.
Purposes of processing
To provide a personalized sleep plan and content.
To display the user's progress (baseline compared with check-ins).
To manage subscriptions and deliver notifications the user has requested.
To keep the app secure and to improve it.
Legal bases (GDPR): performance of a contract and legitimate interest to provide the service; the user's consent for notifications and for the waiting-list email.
Sharing and processors
Eluria does not sell user data. Eluria engages a limited set of processors solely to operate the service:
Supabase — database and identity hosting (EU region, Frankfurt).
RevenueCat — subscription-state management.
OneSignal — notification delivery (when the user enables it).
Data is stored on servers in the EU region, encrypted in transit, and accessible only to the account holder through row-level security. When a user deletes their account, the associated data is permanently deleted within a reasonable period.
User rights
Within the app, Settings → Account → Delete my account removes all associated data. For access, correction, portability or objection requests, users may contact support@eluria.app. Users may exercise their rights under KVKK (Turkey) and GDPR (EU).
Children
Eluria is not directed to persons under 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions) and does not knowingly collect their data.

Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically unless the user cancels at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, at which point the user is charged for the new period.
Free trial. Where offered, a trial converts to a paid subscription unless the user cancels before the trial ends.
Cancellation. The user may manage or cancel the subscription at any time in the store account settings of their device. The app cannot cancel a subscription directly.
